The characteritics of PE pipe production line
1. PE pipe production line (carbon spiral reinforced pipe) is equipped with polyolefin dedicated single screw extruder with a high speed extrusion and high speed characteristics, etc.

2. This plastic pipe extrusion line adopts a specially designed calibration sizing cooling method, which is with the production of the scope of 50 to 200 mm. Its production speed is up to 0.6 to 1.5 m/min.
3. The line is equipped with a highly efficient water pump and specailly designed spray head, which bring about efficient spray cooling.

The applications of PE pipe production line
