1. Wood Plastic Sheet Extrusion Lin is composed of extruding machine, automatic vacuum feeder, dehumidifying and drying hopper, hand piece of plank stuff, three-roller plating press, heated leveling device, roll cold care device, edge cutting device, hauling machine, shearing machine, roll conveyor, etc.
2. The screw and barrel are designed optimally, and is processed technically with high-performance alloy steel38CrMoAiA, which make the machine have all these excellent feature, such as plasticization well-distributed, extrusion capacity stable, output high, long service life.

3. The barrel of the main engine is heated by aluminum casting heater, cooled by wind, and the temperature is controlled by precisely electrical controlled instrument.
4. The cutting part uses fixed-length cutting device, which ensures the precision of the sheet length.
